This was brought to my attention by @ItIsMikeFitz and I find it fascinating that this isn’t talked about more. Been a Type 1 diabetic most of my life and somehow I never really went down the amylin rabbit hole… Everyone talks about the hormone we lose: Insulin. But something I didn’t realize enough is beta cells also produce another hormone: Amylin. When we lose beta cell function, it’s not just insulin we’re missing — we also lose the amylin signal. Amylin plays a role in: • slowing digestion • controlling glucagon release • signaling fullness/satiety • helping pace nutrients entering the bloodstream Which sent me into researching CAG (cagrilintide). The interesting part… A lot of people throw CAG into the “GLP-1 category” because they associate it with appetite suppression and weight loss. But CAG is not a GLP-1. It’s a long-acting amylin analog working through a completely different pathway. As a Type 1 diabetic, the appetite side is interesting… But the really fascinating part to me is realizing this is a hormone signal many of us have been missing for years. It also changes the way you think about insulin timing. Change digestion speed → change bolus timing. You’re not just matching insulin to food… You’re trying to match insulin to how fast that food actually reaches your bloodstream. Any other Type 1s looked into amylin or CAG? Curious what others think.

💪 On Retatrutide and want to keep (or even build) muscle? Here’s my ranked Top 5 for preserving lean mass while dropping fat: • #1 Resistance Training — the strongest signal to your body to hold onto muscle. Lift heavy. • #2 High Protein — minimum 1g per pound of body weight. Your muscles need the building blocks. • #3 Sleep — 7–9 hours of quality rest. One bad night tanks protein synthesis. • #4 Creatine — cheap, proven, and effective for strength & lean mass. • #5 Adequate Calories — don’t crash too hard. Aggressive deficits make muscle preservation tougher. Honorable mention: Vitamin D + K2 (most people are deficient and it supports muscle function). Train hard, eat smart, recover like a beast. Retatrutide is a powerful tool — pair it with these and you’ll protect your muscle while chasing your goals. Drop a 🔥 if you’re on this journey. Save this for reference & tag a friend who needs

I didn't even take it to lose weight. I'm a size 4. I took reta for focus and energy because a podcast made it sound like a nootropic. nine weeks later my resting heart rate was 15 beats above baseline, my watch called every night's sleep "strained," and I was sweating through shirts sitting still. dropped 8.5% of my bodyweight I didn't want to lose and skipped a period. quit it. the one thing I'll say: two glasses of wine and I was hungover in three hours with zero buzz. so that's what finally made me understand how people get sober on these.

🔥 Reta for Fit Folks: Targeted Fat Shred + MOTS-c as the Mitochondrial Powerhouse Alternative If you're already lifting, walking your protein, and staying lean — Retatrutide (Reta) is leveling up body recomp for athletes and fit individuals. As a triple agonist (GLP-1/GIP/glucagon), it cranks up energy expenditure, targets stubborn fat (including visceral), and shows strong muscle-sparing potential when paired with resistance training + high protein. Clinical data highlights impressive fat loss (up to ~26% body fat reduction in studies) while supporting metabolic health and performance in a deficit.132a86 But if you want a cleaner, non-appetite-suppressing option that works with your training — MOTS-c is a standout mitochondrial-derived peptide. It mimics exercise at the cellular level by activating AMPK, boosting fat oxidation, improving insulin sensitivity, enhancing metabolic flexibility, and delivering sustained energy without killing your hunger or gains. Perfect for longevity, endurance, and keeping mitochondria firing on all cylinders.fbbf0e Which one (or stack) are you running? Drop your experience below 👇 p3p t I d e s done right = real results. I spent months trying to get inside a real peptide manufacturing facility in China. I thought it would be as simple as reaching out to manufacturers. I was wrong. As an outsider, getting access is damn near impossible. That’s when I met Conrad. For the last 6 months, we’ve talked almost every week. He’s been documenting what most people never get to see: API production, how injection pens are manufactured, what goes into building a modern cGMP facility, and what it actually takes to bring a factory online. It’s also shown me the side nobody talks about. Construction delays. Regulatory hurdles. Business disputes. Competitors. Deals falling apart. According to Conrad, even some of his own partners ended up working against him. Building a transparent facility hasn’t been easy. But that’s exactly why I want to document it. Whether you’re pro-peptide, skeptical, or just curious, I think people deserve to see how this industry actually works instead of relying on speculation. If everything comes together, I’ll be flying to China to document the entire process from the inside. This could end up being one of the most transparent looks at peptide manufacturing that’s been shared publicly. Follow along.

When the Bulldog Says It’s Time to Check Your Hormones Most weight-loss and hormone clinics advertise with images we aspire to: the after pictures Nova Vita RX went another way. They put a French bulldog in pearls and a pink leopard headband on an ad that says, in giant letters: “YOU’RE FAT.” That isn't a wellness ad. That's a dog-led intervention. Harley isn't here for gentle encouragement. She's here in a blazer, wearing pearls, telling you not to sugarcoat it because, apparently, you’ll eat that too. Rude? Yes. Memorable? Completely. Then there’s Tank, the male version of the campaign: a tattooed French bulldog in sunglasses and a hoodie that says, “Cardio is the new F-word.” Tank is aimed directly at men with dad bods, low energy, poor sleep, lower libido, and the creeping fear that their body has started ignoring them. His ad says, “Maybe the dad bod isn’t just from the pizza, beer & burgers.” Translation: it might be low T. That's a bold medical suggestion coming from a dog called Tank. But that’s why the ads work. They're ridiculous enough to be funny, but direct enough to land. The company is selling weight management, hormone balance, testosterone help, energy, focus, recovery, and confidence. In most hands, that message would sound like generic clinic copy. Here, it becomes a bulldog-powered intervention wrapped in hot pink attitude. There is risk here, obviously. Health advertising is delicate. People dealing with weight, hormones, fatigue, libido, or confidence are often already frustrated. A headline like “You’re fat” could make some people laugh, and it could make others immediately think, “Absolutely not.” But the bulldogs soften the blow. A doctor saying that would be horrifying. A French bulldog in pearls saying it feels like a meme with a medical intake form attached. That's the strange genius of the campaign. It uses insult comedy, pet branding, local-business energy, and telehealth convenience all at once. It's part clinic, part gym poster, part bar bathroom flyer, part roast from a dog who somehow has better jewelry than you. The best line may be the slogan: “Real help. Real results. No bull.” No bull, indeed. Just bulldogs. The big question is whether attention turns into trust. Funny ads can get someone to text. But once health, labs, prescriptions, hormones, or weight-loss medication enter the picture, the company still has to prove there are real licensed humans behind the dog jokes. Still, credit where it’s due: these ads don't disappear into the background. You may not love them, but you will remember them. And in a world full of bland wellness marketing, that's half the battle. Harley and Tank may not be board-certified. But they're definitely board-unforgettable. Disclaimer: Not sponsored, not a promotion, and not medical advice. This is commentary for educational and entertainment purposes only. Do your own research and consult a licensed clinician before considering any weight-loss, hormone, peptide, or telehealth treatment.

I think one of the best things I did before experimenting with other peptides was focus on reducing inflammation. I started with a few cycles of BPC-157 then KLOW. Looking back, I think that made a bigger difference than I realized. My theory is that inflammation might be one of the reasons people might not experience the full benefits of peptides (or anything else for that matter). If I were starting over today, I’d probably begin with KLOW (or just BPC, TB, and KPV) and run 2–3 cycles before adding anything else. Going forward, KPV will probably become a permanent part of my base stack to help keep inflammation in check.

i thought vilon would stop me from getting sick. i wasn't expecting it to make me want to conquer the fucking world. it's a dipeptide that targets the thymus, an organ that starts shrinking after puberty. as thymic function declines, immune resilience falls and chronic inflammation tends to increase. constantly running an activated immune system is metabolically expensive. if you're fighting less inflammation, it makes sense that you might feel like you have more energy to spend elsewhere. it also does a fuckton of other shit: - thymus restoration -> stronger immune system - intestinal stem cell activation -> gut repair - IGF-1 upregulation -> growth & regeneration - inflammatory cytokine modulation -> lower chronic inflammation - DNA binding -> direct epigenetic gene regulation - improves fibrinolysis -> better blood flow and tissue oxygenation - faster recovery - healthier biological aging doing the same cycle as pinealon and epitalon, 30d on a few months off. 1-2mg daily dose. not medical advice.

Things I’ve learnt from my trip to Miami; How to book an Uber. How to use Google Maps properly. Even people with grey hair get asked their age when buying cigarettes. Prams are for dogs, not babies. Pedestrian crossings are more of a suggestion than a rule. Never assume that just because it’s your turn to cross the road, cars won’t still drive through. Florida may be peptide central, but there are still plenty of people who haven’t discovered GLP-1s. The mosquitoes are the size of houses and will eat you alive if given half the chance. Florida has two climates: boiling alive outside and being flash-frozen indoors. Tipping is not optional. It is expected. Miami prices make London look reasonable, which is deeply upsetting. The cars are so big they’d need planning permission in the UK. And Miami could easily be renamed Silicone Valley 2.0.

What Is the APA and What Does It Actually Do? In this exclusive in-person interview, Jeff Cohen explains why the American Peptide Association was formed, who it’s for, and what it hopes to achieve. https://t.co/blLQD179kD Jeff Cohen says the American Peptide Association was created less than a year ago to provide a single, trusted resource for the peptide industry. He believes the industry lacked a central organisation focused on helping businesses understand the regulatory landscape and operate safely. According to Cohen, the APA was modelled on the American IV Association, which he and his colleagues previously established for the IV hydration industry. He says his team of 12 lawyers deals daily with issues involving the FDA, FTC, state Boards of Pharmacy, Boards of Medicine, Boards of Nursing, and pharmaceutical companies, giving them firsthand insight into the regulatory challenges facing the peptide industry. Who the APA Is For Cohen says the APA is primarily aimed at: API importers Wholesalers Manufacturers Compounding pharmacies Distributors Third-party laboratories Franchise platforms Clinicians He adds that the organisation is now also encouraging consumer membership, believing public support is important for maintaining access to peptide therapies. Benefits of Membership According to Cohen, members can expect: Regular insider briefings on regulatory developments. Guidance on how changing regulations affect their businesses. Networking opportunities. Access to a forthcoming APA certification programme that will establish quality standards across different sectors of the peptide industry. Certification Plans Cohen says the APA is developing certification criteria covering virtually every part of the peptide industry. Businesses that meet these standards will be able to demonstrate their commitment to safety and quality, although participation will be voluntary. Relationship With Regulators Cohen says the APA has no official recognition from the FDA, but believes there is growing receptiveness from regulators. He argues that organisations like the APA should remain independent so they can provide politically neutral, science-based input into regulatory discussions. APA’s Role Cohen describes two main roles: Offence: Challenging what the APA sees as inaccurate or misleading information being presented to regulators and journalists about imported peptides and research chemicals. Defence: Providing regulators with expert, evidence-based input to help produce more accurate and effective regulation. He argues that poor or inaccurate regulation reduces consumer choice, increases prices and ultimately benefits large pharmaceutical companies by limiting competition. Membership and Vetting Cohen says the organisation’s founders were personally selected because he knows them and trusts their commitment to the APA’s principles. General members are not vetted. Instead, Cohen says anyone who genuinely supports the APA’s goals of safety, quality and access is welcome to join. He acknowledges that not every member will agree with future certification standards, but says the APA intends to establish what it believes are best-practice requirements for the industry.

A quick list of “Do’s and Don’ts” for Reta based off personal experience: Do's: - Start at 0.25-0.5mg for the first 3 weeks if you're a first-time user with no experience; not only does it take several weeks for Retatrutide to reach optimal blood serum levels, but it's also terrible when you start at too high a dose. The 1-2mg starting dosage in the trials is way too high a starting dose for many. Better safe, than miserable. - Electrolytes, drink them. You need to stay hydrated, especially during weight loss. - Pin once a week; you can pin multiple times a week if is suits your fancy (many people here have done it successfully), but I don't see the point of complicating things. - Eat protein and consume healthy carbs. Mainly clean foods as much as possible. Chicken, fish, meat, vegetables, white rice, potatoes, clean carbs. Whatever works for you and your stomach. - Consume healthy carbs. You CAN do keto/carnivore (many here have done it while on reta), however it's unadvisable due to potential ketoacidosis chances whilst on Reta and something regarding glucagon that i'm too dumb to understand; test your blood ketones religiously if you're going to go down this route. - Train. Whether it's lifting weights, sports, even as simple as getting some steps in. Movement is good for you. You'll still lose weight if you don't move (Reta is that good), however you want to keep your body alive and activated. Don'ts: - Spicy food (especially on dosing day); there's a good chance your stomach will hate you and you'll shit yourself. I've been there, it's not great. - Greasy food/fast food. Same results as spicy for me. Keep it clean if you can. - Alcohol. It's super filling, and makes food hard to get down after a couple pints. Food calories > Alcohol calories :D - Overdose. I've seen too many posts of people taking an accidental wrong dose on their first try. Find a peptide calculator online, and take your time. An extra 10 minutes can save you a world of hurt. None of this is medical advice. Just my own experience with the RUO peptide Retatrutide.

You’ll cycle through squats, hinges, horizontal and vertical pushes, horizontal and vertical pulls, plus loaded carries, adjusting rep ranges from 5 to 15+ depending on the month’s focus. It’s simple, progressive, and designed to pair perfectly with the peptide so you lose fat, not strength.

yes, i made the empire state building meme… don’t use reta if your goal is just to eat less. one of the biggest misconceptions is that people think reta is just another appetite suppressant. in my opinion, that’s selling it way short. if all you want is to kill your appetite, i’d honestly lean toward cagri or tirz. even semaglutide gets that job done, although i think we have better options now. the reason i run reta has very little to do with appetite. i’m interested in the improvements in insulin sensitivity, metabolic health, nutrient partitioning, blood sugar regulation, and preserving muscle while getting lean. i don’t want my appetite completely destroyed. i still want to eat enough protein to train hard, recover well, and keep performance high. if i need more appetite suppression, i’d rather layer in a little cagri than keep pushing my reta dose higher. too many people judge reta by one question: “did it make me eat less?” i judge it by a different one: “did it help me build a better physique while improving my metabolic health?”

There are no peptides strictly for muscle growth. TRT/Enclomiphene x HGH x Strength Training can indeed be a great way to build strength and muscle mass. However, don’t be fooled by the named Human GROWTH Hormone. HGH alone does not build muscle. I’m open to evidence to the contrary. But from all the research I’ve done, I can’t find a peptide that grows muscle. These are things that actually WILL grow muscles and they don’t work without #6: 1. Steroids 2. Testosterone injections 3. Enclomiphene 4. Protein 5. Creatine 6. Lots of time spent in the weight room If you’re looking to add muscle mass in a healthy manner 2 & 3 are prob you’re easiest go to for accelerated muscle growth.

every single time i go to a music festival… i come home sick. it doesn’t matter how healthy i am going into it. 4 days of camping, dust, tens of thousands of people, disrupted sleep, and constant activity usually catches up to me. this year was actually different in a lot of ways. i don’t drink alcohol, i brought a full peptide stack with me, and honestly i slept better and recovered better than i ever have at a festival. VIP, glutathione, KPV amongst others came with me and they definitely helped me bounce back each morning. the one peptide i left at home was TA1… and in hindsight i probably should’ve packed it. sure enough, i came home with a sore throat. nothing major, but enough that i want to knock it out before tomorrow. i’m adding TA1 back in right now. i know there’s a lot of discussion around whether TA1 dosing should change when you’re actively fighting something versus using it as a maintenance peptide, so i’m curious what everyone’s experience has been. outside of peptides i’m already throwing everything i can at it: zinc. vitamin d3. vitamin c. oregano oil. licorice root for the sore throat. despite catching a minor bug again, this was still by far the best i’ve felt after a festival. better sleep. better recovery. more energy. now i’m just trying to get this cold out of here as fast as possible. what’s your go-to protocol when you feel something coming on? Do you max dose everything? Looping in @BhavanChand lol

He does get better access to pharmaceutical grade supplies, but he’s intentionally taking a small loss on the BAC water to get people in the door. think Costco’s $1.50 hot dog. it’s a loss leader. that’s also why there’s a limit on how many bottles you can order. so no, it’s not expired. no, it’s not counterfeit. it’s simply priced below cost as a marketing strategy while the peptides carry the margin. whether you like the strategy or not, it’s a pretty common business model. Peptide stacking cheat sheet: Not every compound needs to be stacked. However, when done right the combination can cover more ground than running certain peptides individually. Here’s a list of peptides commonly ran in sync. Evidence levels vary across this list! Some compounds have clinical trial data. Others are preclinical with mostly community experience. That distinction matters when deciding what to run. FAT LOSS STACKS: Retatrutide x Tesamorelin - Running both covers total body fat loss through reta while tesa targets the deep abdominal fat. Different mechanisms that don't overlap. Reta is weekly based on trial regimens. Tesa is 2mg daily which is the labeled dose. Both can affect blood sugar so fasting glucose monitoring is important. Tirzepatide x CJC/Ipamorelin - The biggest risk on any GLP-1 cut is losing muscle along with fat. GH support may help protect against that especially when combined with high protein and training. Tirz is weekly. CJC/Ipa is daily before bed. Combining GH axis peptides with GLP-1s means monitoring fasting glucose and IGF-1. Retatrutide x MOTS-c x Tesamorelin - The aggressive fat loss stack. Reta for overall appetite and fat loss. Tesa for visceral fat. MOTS-c for metabolic support. This covers appetite suppression, visceral fat, and metabolic function from three different angles. Requires commitment to daily pinning for tesa and close bloodwork monitoring. Multiple compounds here can influence blood sugar and GH axis activity. *Medical supervision is recommended for protocols this complex* RECOVERY STACKS: BPC-157 x TB-500 - Aka wolverine stack. Arguably the most discussed recovery combination. These are experimental compounds with mostly preclinical data and community reported experience. Together they cover localized repair and systemic recovery. Both are typically run daily or TB-500 a few times per week. 4 to 8 weeks on 2 to 4 weeks off. Cycling is community convention not an evidence based protocol. BPC-157 x GHK-Cu - This combination is discussed for post surgical recovery because BPC supports internal tissue repair while GHK-Cu supports external healing including scar reduction and skin remodeling. KLOW Blend (GHK-Cu x BPC-157 x TB-500 x KPV) - All four compounds in one vial. GHK-Cu for collagen and skin. BPC-157 for tissue repair. TB-500 for soft tissue recovery. KPV for inflammation reduction through NF-kB inhibition. Dose off the GHK-Cu as the anchor since it has the highest mg in the blend. 2mg of GHK-Cu daily is the common target. GLOW Blend (BPC-157 x TB-500 x GHK-Cu - KLOW without the KPV. Researched for recovery and skin quality rather than gut inflammation. Three compound healing and anti-aging recovery stack. GH SUPPORT STACKS: CJC-1295 x Ipamorelin - Together they create a stronger and longer GH pulse than either compound alone. Before bed on an empty stomach. 8 to 12 weeks on 3 to 4 weeks off is community convention. Most people aim for 100 to 300mcg of each per dose. *Limited large scale clinical trial data exists for this combination* Ipamorelin + Tesamorelin Adding tesa gives you general GH support plus targeted visceral fat reduction. Ipa for sleep, recovery, and body comp. Tesa adds the visceral fat component from its labeled indication. Get IGF-1 and fasting glucose checked before starting and during the protocol. COGNITIVE STACKS: Semax x Selank: Both have pharmaceutical status in Russia with clinical use since the 1990s. Semax upregulates BDNF and modulates dopamine which may support focus, mental clarity, and motivation. Selank modulates GABA related pathways which may calm anxiety and reduce mental noise without sedation. Semax in the morning. Selank when stress is high or later in the day. Both intranasal. 2 to 4 weeks on 1 to 2 weeks off. 1/

I’ve landed in a similar place. Tesa has become my go-to GHRH during cuts because I consistently see better sleep and body composition effects than CJC. The tradeoff for me is more bloating and, interestingly, more histamine reactions than I see with CJC, although everyone responds differently. During a bulk, though, I still switch back to CJC/ipa because ipa makes me hungry as hell, and that’s exactly what I want when calories are high. But lowkey I’m prob just going to use HGH very soon. Ordered Bpc-157 ,TB-500 & KPV for my consistent knee pain. 3 days in knee pain completely disappeared and all age related aches & pains disappeared. At the same time my 3 senior GS dogs (8yrs old) developed leg shaking & a limp (hind legs). Went on X looking for dog related peptide information. Not much out there. Decided to give them the same dosage daily. No change for 3 weeks. But on week 4, the leg shaking stopped. On week 5, limping stopped completely. On week 6 took a break for 4 weeks and results stayed. Will be pinning the doggos from now on. It beats a $900 xray & exam +pain meds that doesnt "fix" them. Not saying they are fixed but atleast they aren't medicated & out of pain. On top of that the itchy paws also stopped. I think KVP relived the itching paws. We need to explore "Puptides" for our furry family members. The results have been amazing for our whole family. And yes, they have been on joint supp for 4yrs. P3ptides have changed ours & their quality of life.

My peptide tier list: S TIER : Retatrutide - this goes without saying Reta at the top. Arguably the most effective peptide I’ve ever taken in my life. Hgh - quality matters most here. But idk that there is a better recovery peptide pound for pound. Wolverine Stack (TB500 + BPC157) - This is arguably the most popular stack in the gym community. Everyone I know is using this to heal injuries, myself included. A TIER : MOTS-c - Unlimited clean energy. Used mainly as a preworkout about 30-90 min before physical activity. It’s a hard peptide to beat. This would be under my S-tier list except the site reaction is rough, though I’ve heard this varies person to person. Tesamorelin - idk that there is a better peptide for absolutely ripping abdominal visceral fat off your body. Only reason not on S-tier is bc cost to run a cycle is quite high. B TIER : KPV - as someone with gut issues this def helped. I just don’t think it’s as amazing as a lot of people lead it on to be. GHKcu - some swear by it, others swear it’s a waste of money. IMHO I like GHKcu as a topical in serums and lotions. It definitely works there. Kisspeptin - as someone who had some severe hormone issues Kisspeptin is definitely an effective peptide. Just not for the reasons people think or want. Highly suggest researching into this if hormone peptides have your curiosity. C TIER : DSIP - debatable for some. It definitely helped me reach Dream state more frequently however per my Oura ring it did not help my recovery much. D TIER : CJC-1295 - some will get annoyed by the placement here but Idc it’s my tier list lol. I experienced major flushing with it. Price is significantly lower than Tesamorelin but I’d rather pay the premium to not feel like shit. It also fckd with my sleep a lot. Interested to hear some of the thoughts from this list. I know a few of you that aren’t going to be thrilled. If you create your own list make sure you tag me in it so I can see and compare!

The nominator behind the disastrous TB-500 submission was Wells Pharmacy Network. According to the FDA’s briefing documents, Wells Pharmacy Network submitted the TB-500 nomination. GLOW or KLOW. GLOW gets most of the attention because it’s the obvious “skin + collagen + recovery” blend. - GHK-Cu for skin/collagen. - BPC-157 for repair. - TB-500 for remodeling/mobility. But the reason KLOW is more interesting to me is the KPV. KPV is not the sexy part of the blend. It’s not the “glow” peptide. It’s not the one people associate with collagen, hair, or injury repair. But it may be the part that improves the environment everything else is working in: - Less inflammatory drag. - Better gut/barrier support. - Cleaner recovery environment. KPV is interesting because it’s not some random “anti-inflammatory peptide” claim. It comes from α-MSH, a larger peptide your body makes that’s already known to have anti-inflammatory effects in experimental models. Researchers narrowed part of that effect down to a tiny 3-amino-acid sequence: KPV. That matters because KPV seems to keep a lot of the inflammation-calming signal without the melanocortin/pigment activity of full α-MSH (no tanning effect). The simple way to think about it: - NF-κB is one of the body’s main inflammation switches. - When that switch gets too loud, cells start producing more inflammatory signals. In preclinical models, KPV appears to help turn that signal down. It’s also been studied in gut lining cells, immune cells, and mouse colitis models, where it reduced inflammatory signaling and intestinal inflammation. So no, I’m not saying KPV is proven in humans. It isn’t. But it’s not a random claim either, the mechanism is a lot cleaner than most peptide marketing. Inflammation control from KPV potentially creates a better environment for the repair peptides (BPC-157 & TB-500) and collagen signaling (GHK-Cu) to do their work. Repair peptides don’t operate in a vacuum. If chronic inflammation is part of what’s holding you back, KPV might be the difference between a good stack and a more complete one. Peptide Supply Co currently lists: - KLOW: $90 for 80mg - GLOW: $78 for 70mg Both give you ~20 doses at the standard research amount of 2.5 mg GHK-Cu (with KLOW adding the 10 mg KPV per vial). That works out to: - KLOW: ~$4.50/dose ($1.13/mg) - GLOW: ~$3.90/dose ($1.11/mg) So about 60 cents more per dose (~$12 across the whole vial) to get the KPV. That’s why I’d probably lean KLOW over GLOW. Not because more peptides automatically means better, and not because KPV is proven in humans. But from my own experience, adding KPV made the extra ~60 cents per dose easier to justify. I had already run BPC-157 and GHK-Cu without KPV. When I added it, the biggest difference I noticed was less facial inflammation/redness. Could that be confounded? Of course. But it lined up with what I’d expect from KPV mechanistically. That’s why I'll keep adding KPV to my stack. Not as the “magic” part of the blend. More like the underrated inflammation piece that might make the whole stack make more sense. Am I missing something, or is KPV actually the most underrated part of KLOW? Anyone else notice gut or skin differences with KPV?

💪 Walk smarter, not harder. That’s the GLP-1 edge. My 15-minute brisk post-meal walks? They stack up to over 6 hours of steady cardio per week — without the burnout. Compare that to the classic “3 hard 60-minute sessions” grind… I’m crushing the volume while keeping cortisol low and protecting muscle. No catabolic signals here — just better recovery, sustained fat loss, and feeling like a kid again. This is sustainable longevity training. Lift. Walk. Protein. + smart GLP-1 support. Who else is trading endless cardio sessions for consistent post-meal walks? Drop a 🔥 if you’re in! #LiftWalkProtein #GLP1Journey #FatLossSchool #SustainableFitness #PostMealWalks

Tesamorelin gets a ton of hate but I still believe it to be one of the best peptides available for effectiveness and safety profile. Hear me out: It binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland, prompting it to release GH in a physiologic (natural rhythm) pattern rather than a constant flood. It has an N-terminal modification (trans-3-hexenoyl group) that makes it more resistant to breakdown by DPP-4 enzymes, giving it better stability and longer action than native GHRH. Unlike direct HGH injections (which can affect subcutaneous fat more broadly), tesamorelin preferentially targets deep belly fat while largely sparing subcutaneous fat and supporting lean mass. - Tesamorelin is the ONLY peptide with strong FDA approval data specifically for reducing excess visceral abdominal fat. - In clinical studies, researchers found a 15-18% reduction in visceral adipose tissue (VAT) over a 26 week period compared to placebo. - Users often note a visible reduction in waist circumference. - Improvements in lipids (lower triglycerides, better cholesterol ratios). - Increased lean body mass in some studies, with minimal impact on overall weight/BMI or subcutaneous fat. (Link to study in comment below) Tesamorelin has grown popular because it helps shift body composition toward less harmful deep fat and better metabolic health, especially when paired with diet, training, and other peptides. I’ve run (2) cycles of Tesamorelin and had nothing but good experiences with it. I’ve also read from some researchers that their body can’t handle it and they prefer using a route like CJC/Ipamorelin. It’s highly controversial and many don’t care for it. But Tesamorelin is one of my favorite peptides to date.

For everyone who thinks they’re too broke for retatrutide… you’re probably not. Let’s say you’re eating out once a day and grabbing a gas station snack. That’s easily $20–25/day. ~$600–750/month. If retatrutide helps you dramatically cut those cravings and you stop buying that daily junk, the math changes fast. Even a high-dose retatrutide protocol can cost a fraction of what you’re already spending on fast food. Stop funding DoorDash. Start funding your health. Lock in.

https://t.co/suzRPfwCeZ The article reports that the FDA has significantly changed the makeup of the upcoming advisory panel that will review several peptide drugs, including BPC-157 and TB-500, ahead of the July meeting. New panel composition: Previous FDA advisory panels were largely made up of university researchers and academics. The new panel includes several physicians, pharmacists and business owners who prescribe, compound or promote peptides. Conflict of interest concerns: Critics argue that several panel members have financial ties to the peptide industry through clinics, pharmacies or online businesses. FDA advisory panels are allowed to include members with industry ties, provided those relationships are disclosed. Examples highlighted: Dr. Haleem Mohammed operates Florida clinics that sell peptide injections, testosterone, vitamins and weight-loss treatments. Dr. Gabriel Alizaidy offers paid peptide consultations and promotes peptides such as BPC-157 and GHK-Cu on social media. Bobby Harshbarger, a Tennessee state senator and pharmacist, is connected to a pharmacy selling compounded medications. The article also notes that his mother previously urged RFK Jr. to ease FDA peptide restrictions.

Inside a Large-Scale RUO Peptide Manufacturer During my visit today I was able to tour the facility including cleanrooms, sterilisation and autoclaving areas, getting a first-hand look at how production is carried out. A few interesting facts from the visit: Production runs 6 days a week, with Saturday being a half day. The biggest bottleneck is the lyophilisation (freeze-drying) process. The facility has 6 lyophilisers: Largest: 9,000 × 3 ml vials per cycle Mid-size: 4000 × 3 ml vials Small: 3200 × 3 ml vials Excipients The preferred excipient is trehalose, which they consider the better cryoprotectant, although some mannitol is also used. The Biggest Challenge The manufacturer said the hardest part isn’t making the peptide itself—it’s developing the correct lyophilisation cycle. Every product behaves differently, making this a steep learning curve that takes significant experience. According to them: Easier to lyophilise short chain peptides BPC-157 TB-500 More difficult to lyophilise: NAD+ AOD-9604 Glutathione Equipment New lyophilisers cost around $300,000–400,000. Used machines can still cost around $150,000. Production The facility produces approximately 15,000 vials per day, operating 6 days a week—around 90,000 vials every week. They told me they sell everything they produce, with demand keeping pace with production. A typical custom SKU is around 5,000 vials. One point they kept returning to was that testing isn’t something you can skip. In their view, rigorous testing is essential regardless of production scale.

I spent my entire twenties hiding. cystic acne so bad I'd cancel plans, turn down dates, leave my camera off, talk to no one. I became an introvert because my skin made the choice for me. and the money. tens of thousands of dollars over the years, every serum, every "miracle" cream, every dermatologist who shrugged and handed me another prescription that did nothing. I have a graveyard of half-used bottles that cost more than my car. then some random girl on tiktok mentioned GHK-Cu. I added BPC too and I honestly can't tell you which one did it. four months later my skin is clear for the first time since I was 15 and I cried the first time I left the house without makeup. a stranger on Tiktok I'll never meet fixed what a decade of doctors and a fortune in product couldn't. I don't even know her name.

TRT Progress Update — Day 38 Current protocol: • Testosterone cypionate: 200 mg/week • Duration: 5 weeks, 3 days Things I’ve noticed so far: • Libido increased dramatically during the first 4 weeks. This was by far the earliest and most noticeable change. • Energy is hard to gauge for me because there are other factors around this that I haven’t really talked about • Blood sugar control was one of my biggest concerns as a Type 1 diabetic. So far, I have not experienced any negative impact. Insulin requirements and glucose management have remained very stable. • Body composition changes have been more noticeable than scale weight. Shoulders, traps, and legs have visibly increased in size, while waist measurements and midsection fat have decreased. • Abs are visible for the first time in a long time. Not where I want to be yet, but it’s measurable progress. A few observations: The first changes I noticed were libido and gym performance. Visual changes appeared gradually around weeks 4–5. Progress has been more about recomposition than simply gaining weight. Consistency with training and nutrition still matter more than anything else but the test has definitely helped speed up the process as far as leaning out and also adding size in a deficit Six-week bloodwork is next week, which should provide actual data instead of just subjective observations. The next phase of my plan: • Testosterone: 350 mg/week • Primobolan: 175 mg/week for 12 weeks • Anavar added around week 8 • Return to TRT dosing after 12 weeks The goal isn’t to become huge. The goal is improving body composition, preserving muscle, continuing to reduce body fat, and documenting what actually happens with bloodwork, glucose control, recovery, and performance. I’ll post the six-week labs when they come back so there is some actual data behind the experience. Which leads me to my next question…….

what if the smartest thing i could do for my peptide stack… is stop taking peptides for a month? i’ve been taking peptides for about 3 years now i’ve been using GLP1s, mostly reta, for around a year i’m currently 7 months straight on reta and 4 weeks into adding cagri a couple weeks ago i was running 17 different peptides. I’m still running around 14 today. and honestly… i’m thinking about taking a full month off every peptide not because i’m worried about them. because i’m genuinely curious what happens to appetite after months on reta? does taking a break improve receptor sensitivity when you come back? how much of my physique is the peptides versus the habits i’ve built? i’ll stay on TRT, but everything else would come out i’d track body weight, body fat, hunger, resting heart rate, sleep, training performance, recovery, and bloodwork i spend a lot of time telling people what i think these compounds do i also think it’s important to occasionally remove variables and see what happens would you take the month off to find out… or keep running them year-round?

Tesamorelin is generally considered the more potent GHRH analog and tends to produce a stronger IGF-1 response. But let's talk cost. A 10 mg vial of Tesamorelin dosed at 1 mg/day lasts about 10 days. A 10 mg vial of CJC no-DAC dosed at 100 mcg/day lasts about 100 days. Using current Peptide Supply Co pricing: Tesamorelin: ~$6.20/day CJC no-DAC: ~$0.55/day That's roughly an 11× difference. "But what if you add Ipamorelin?" Even then: CJC no-DAC: ~$0.55/day Ipamorelin: ~$0.35/day Total: ~$0.90/day That's still about 7× cheaper than Tesamorelin. To be fair, Tesamorelin's biggest advantage is its clinical evidence for reducing visceral fat. If that's your primary goal, the premium may be worth it. But if you're already lean and your priorities are sleep, recovery, and body composition, CJC no-DAC, especially when paired with Ipamorelin, is a compelling value proposition. Am I missing something, or what's the strongest argument for choosing Tesamorelin if you're already lean?
