Took Peptide Critic’s Advice and Did Some Research Yesterday I posted about Ion asking a customer for additional government ID before processing an order. Peptide Critic responded with several negative comments, accused me of failing to understand the transaction and suggested that I was engagement farming. So I took the advice and did some research, on Peptide Critic. Ion is labelled a Premium Partner on Peptide Critic’s own site. The platform advertises that tier at $499 per month. Ion also has a Peptide Critic discount code and affiliate-tracked links through which the platform states it may earn commission. A commercial relationship exists, and it wasn’t disclosed while Peptide Critic publicly defended Ion and attacked my reporting. No one else complained about the post. Could this financial relationship explain why Peptide Critic was so upset by it? Perhaps the person accusing others of insufficient research should have led with that? FYI My original post about Ion remains valid. A customer was asked to provide additional ID, and questioning why a grey-market peptide vendor wanted that personal information was entirely reasonable. Peptide Critic didn't show that anything I posted was false or provide missing context that disproved it. He attacked my research and motives instead. Whatever explanation Ion may have for requesting the ID doesn't change the fact that the request was made.

Tik Tok's Step-by-Step Guide to Building an “Unkillable” Peptide Business Step 1: Announce that 90% of peptide companies will disappear within 12 months. Nothing sells mentorship quite like opening with the apocalypse. Step 2: Use cheaper payment processors instead of expensive high-risk ones. Better margins today; potential payment chaos apparently reserved for another video. Step 3: Don’t build one brand. Build an entire internet ecosystem of blogs, social accounts and recommendation pages around it. Step 4: If the lab receives a cease-and-desist, shut it down, launch a replacement and change every recommendation link. The brand is disposable; the traffic isn’t. Step 5: Update every external page so it recommends the newly reincarnated lab. Same funnel, different lab coat. Step 6: Create a peptide-tracking app offering schedules, reminders and research, plus a helpful signpost to whichever lab survived this week. Step 7: Keep the audience, SEO and app separate from the disposable storefront, allowing the marketing machine to live forever. Step 8: Call it “building for the long haul.” It’s less of a conventional business plan and more of a peptide Hydra: cut off one website and three landing pages grow back.

When the “Responsible” Age Gate Becomes Evidence Most RUO vendors probably assume that a 21+ age gate is the responsible thing to add. Keep minors away, restrict access and provide another layer between an RUO website and the general public. Some attorneys have also recommended age gates and account creation for precisely that reason. Eli Lilly has now cited 21+ age gates in three of its four lawsuits against “research use only” peptide sellers. In its complaint against Lone Star Peptide Co., Lilly specifically lists the age-verification gate among the practices it says demonstrate that retatrutide was being marketed and sold for human consumption. The other evidence, weight-loss advertising, dosing information and reconstitution guidance, is hardly surprising. Everyone already knows that openly telling customers what a product does and how to use it undermines an RUO disclaimer. The age gate is the interesting part because it was presumably added to do the opposite. Lilly doesn't explain why it considers the age gate relevant. It simply includes it among the practices that, taken together, it says show the products were intended for human consumption. That makes its inclusion particularly notable: a restriction vendors may regard as a responsible safeguard is being used in the opposite direction, without Lilly explaining what the gate itself proves. An age gate may still be a responsible precaution, but vendors should not assume it provides legal protection. Lilly has taken the very safeguard that was supposed to help them and placed it inside the paragraph alleging human consumption.

Berberine has been on my radar for glucose control for years, and this new study caught my attention. People who took a biooptimized form of berberine at just 200 mg/day for 2 weeks saw reductions in fasting glucose, improved glucose tolerance, and a 22-29% increase in fasting and post-meal GLP-1 levels. The GLP-1 finding is particularly interesting because it suggests berberine may influence some of the same incretin biology that has become such a major focus in metabolic health. Berberine isn’t part of my regular supplement routine anymore (I've shifted more toward alpha-lipoic acid), although I still think the evidence for glucose and lipid control is interesting. These results make me interested in seeing larger, independent, longer-term trials of lower-dose, more bioavailable formulations.

The biggest truth about peptides that is completely overlooked most times is that a vast majority of them have very limited data. Does it mean that they don't work as intended? No. However, as you navigate the space and as you research you need to do a significant amount of due diligence with whatever peptide you're looking at. Don't just trust the guys & gals talking about how well it worked for them. Trust the science and data. If you're bold enough to go down the rabbit hole and research it... make sure you log everything as an independent researcher should be doing.

Washington post published a column this week that treats "peptides" like a drug. it isn't. it's a length. two to a hundred amino acids. insulin sits in that bucket. so does semaglutide. so does a growth-hormone analog that raises IGF-1. the one precise sentence in the piece is this: if you have indolent precancerous cells in prostate or breast, pushing growth hormone is a mitogenic bet. that's a real oncology question. it is not a claim about every short protein people are injecting. what the column then does is pour bpc-157, tb-500, the wolverine stack, "research use only" vials, compounding, and last month's advisory vote into one syringe and call it the 19th century. the quality problem is real. people are buying injectables off sites that pretend the vial is for a petri dish. a committee recommendation is not an approval. last month's vote did not make any of this legal. you can hold all of that and still notice that "peptides give you cancer" is just sloppy and ill informed. As they say: show me the evidence it causes cancer outside of animal studies? I'll wait. name the molecule. name the pathway. then argue.

Your eyes are in danger. Read this. This post is important. Bookmark it. > 87% of adults over 40 have this > younger people too bc of screens > leads to permanent eye damage Here we go. You have ~60 meibomian glands per eye, split across the upper and lower lid. They are like pores, secreting nourishing oil (meibum) onto your tear film to prevent rapid evaporation. They become dysfunctional from just about everything….age, androgen deficiency, menopause, hormone replacement, oral contraceptives, isotretinoin, antihistamines, SSRIs, tricyclics, beta blockers, diuretics, anticholinergics, preserved eye drops, incomplete blinking, reduced blink rate, screen use, contact lens wear, ocular rosacea…and 50+ other things. When these glands clog, the meibocytes die, and the gland drops out. Conventional medicine considers total dropout irreversible. This is bad. The dropout leads to evaporative dry eye disease, which triggers vision degradation such as blurred text, glare at night, light sensitivity, and neuropathic ocular pain. Left long enough, it can scar the cornea and permanently damage vision. I just learned that I have meaningful meibomian gland dropout. This is why my eyes are irritated. I’ve been doing this longevity thing for five years and never once have I heard anyone talk about this critical part of eye health. I’m befuddled why. I’ve also seen two eye doctors in the past few years, neither of them brought up meibomian glands! How is this possible? I’m so confused. I’m going to get you up to speed so you can find out where you’re at and then what you can do about it if you have meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD). First, how big of a problem is this? A meta analysis of 20,518 adults over 40 found signs of meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) in more than 87%. My eye doctors think the 87% is closer to accurate for much younger ages too. Partly linked to decreased blink rates due to increased screen time. Symptoms are a terrible gauge. MGD is usually silent. Population studies across multiple countries show that the majority of MGD cases, roughly 60-85%, are asymptomatic, falling below clinical symptom thresholds. When it does surface, it hides as ordinary dry eye, enabling the worsening of the condition and permanent dropout. Advanced MGD can numb the cornea, further masking subjective symptoms, as the disease advances. Here is what happened to me. I got a gnarly chalazion/stye and went to a new eye doctor my team found, Dr Amir Moarefi. He diagnosed me with advanced meibomian gland dysfunction via several diagnostic tests. On a Schirmer test (strips of paper put under the eyelid), my tear production was under 10 mm over five minutes in both eyes, and stayed under 10 even with numbing drops, confirming concurrent aqueous deficiency alongside evaporative disease. This is official dry eye territory. We then imaged my meibomian glands using infrared meibography and found significant drop out. Drop out is considered permanent. What we couldn’t tell initially was how many acini had fully atrophied versus suffered reversible ductal obstruction. We got to work reviewing evidence, mapping out a protocol and starting therapies. The first thing we did was in-office intense pulsed light (IPL), radio frequency (RF) and intraductal probing (the Maskin protocol) to address the inflammation and physically reopen the clogged glands. The probing is done by using 1mm, 2mm, and 4mm probes, inserting them into each gland orifice. Sounds awful. It kind of is. I do it without numbing but you may find the numbing necessary. When the probe is inserted into a clogged gland, you hear a popping sound, like a blister popping. It breaks up intraductal hyperkeratinization and periductal fibrotic tissue that’s accumulated, clearing the path for oil to be expressed again. (Note on probing: the science on this probing therapy is not settled so consider it experimental). My doctor then expressed my glands, using a roller device to expel any build up and kickstart the gland’s natural expression. This is really painful. Brings you to tears. In conjunction with the IPL, RF and probing, I was doing eye warm compresses two times a day, morning and night. Healthy meibum melts around 90 to 93°F (32 to 34°C). It thickens with MGD, raising the melting point above 104°F (40°C). Given that roughly 9°F (5°C) is lost crossing the eyelid, getting to 104°F (40°C) at the gland requires holding the outer lid surface near 113°F (45°C). Stay under 113°F (45°C) to avoid risk of thermal injury. I used an electric device and a thermal gun to ensure an external eyelid surface temperature of ~113°F (45°C), the threshold required to melt hyper-viscous, altered meibum without thermal injury to the cornea. Gland dysfunction makes your natural oil resemble sticky toothpaste versus smooth oil. This makes it more prone to clogging. The heat warms the oil to melt and allows it to be expressed. We then added a third therapy, a special red light therapy from my new friends from Espansione Group. They make a lot of the eye care technology used throughout the world. I reached out to them after reading their science publications and within a week they flew to LA from Italy with their devices so I could be treated. I used their eye-light device which combines IPL and 630nm red low-level light. The proposed mechanism is stimulation of mitochondrial ATP production in meibocytes and reduced periorbital inflammation. With this protocol, we’ve seen a 30% improvement in meibomian gland function (using imaging). My glands look healthier, eye irritation has lessened, my subjective symptoms have subsided, and when we probe now, we encounter minimal fibrotic resistance (popping). Given that I did four therapies at the same time: IPL, RF, probing, and low level light therapy, I can’t determine which therapy did what. Ok, here are your instructions: Signs to watch: burning or grit. Vision that blurs, then clears when you blink. Watery eyes (dryness triggers reflex tears). Red, crusty, or bumpy lid margins. Recurring styes. Contacts that stopped being comfortable. Worse on screens, planes, or AC. Any of these, especially after 40, best to get a gland exam. What to ask your eye doctor to do + Infrared meibography, imaging the glands to see where you’re at + Tear breakup time, and a Schirmer test for tear volume + Gland expression, with the oil graded for quality + Tear osmolarity and an inflammation test + How to tell your doctor is up to date on MGD If your doctor gives you artificial tears and wishes you well, find someone else. You want someone who will image the glands, express and grade the oil, tell evaporative dry eye from the watery-deficient kind, treat your gland structure, and reimage it to track progress. Here is the full protocol to run if you have dysfunction At home: + Most people with early MGD get most of the benefit from warm compresses, lid hygiene, and better blink habits. This is a great place to start. Things to do in office: + Intense pulsed light (IPL): calms lid inflammation, addresses surface bacteria and Demodex, and hits leaky vessels feeding rosacea-driven MGD. + Radiofrequency (RF): controlled deep heat that melts the toothpaste sticky oil and stimulates the lid tissue. + Manual gland expression: the clinician squeezes the glands to clear the stagnant oil and reopen the flow. + Intraductal probing (the Maskin protocol): a fine probe opens each blocked duct, breaking through plugs and scarring, and help encourage natural expression. + Low-level light therapy (LLLT) 630nm eye-light for stimulation of mitochondrial ATP production in meibocytes and reduced periorbital inflammation (device made by Espansione Group. Note, not yet widely available in the U.S.). + Thermal pulsation and heat (LipiFlow, TearCare): warms the lids from the inside and presses out the hardened oil clogging the glands. I worked with Dr Amir Moarefi in Los Angeles to build out this protocol. If you can see him, I’d recommend it. At home / daily protocol: + I started using some drops: a preservative-free lubricant (iVizia), a lipid-replacement drop (Miebo), and a prescription anti-inflammatory (Vevye). + A compounded azithromycin lid spray, which calms inflammation and pushes the gland cells to make and release oil. + Warm compress daily. + Moisture-chamber glasses (7eye) to trap humidity and block wind. Indoor and outdoor options. + Tear stimulation: a nasal spray (Tyrvaya) and a handheld nerve stimulator (iTear). + Omega-3 and lutein It's rarely just the eye: the systemic drivers In my case, we identified several likely drivers. The clearest is low DHT, from a topical anti-androgen I use for hair growth: the meibomian glands need androgens, so this works against them. There's also low anabolic signaling, low insulin and low IGF-1: likely good for longevity, but hard on the glands, which renew constantly and lean on insulin and IGF-1 to do it, so running low starves them. In addition, a former subclinical thyroid flare (high TSH, part of the Hashimoto picture of my hypothyroidism from age 21) probably contributed to my MGD too, since thyroid dysfunction is itself a documented dry eye contributor. Again, there are 100+ things that contribute to meibomian gland dysfunction. Where we take it next We're running this protocol until it plateaus, as we closely monitor and track two types of signals: routine imaging (meibography) to follow the glands over time, and research-grade profiling of the ocular surface for signals of inflammation, tissue damage, regeneration, and scarring. Together they show how much living gland is left, whether the inflammation is settling, and when we've reached the point of diminishing returns. Once we do, the next options aim to go further, to rejuvenate the glands and reverse the degeneration itself, not just clear what's blocked: Restoring the glands: they run on growth and hormone signals that fade with age and get blocked by common drugs. We're working on delivering those straight to the lids, from androgen to growth factors drawn from my own blood, to switch them back on. Restoring function and calming inflammation: repurposing agents like azithromycin that both push the gland cells to make and release oil and quiet the inflammation driving the loss. Rejuvenating the gland: the deepest lever is reawakening the gland's own stem cells and the signals they depend on, to regrow lost tissue, from stem-cell-stimulating drops to lab-grown gland organoids as a route to transplantation. Never done in humans, yet.

Got a lot of DMs about running Wolverine blend over KLOW. My reasoning for this is simple: Tendon repair runs on BPC-157 angiogenesis and TB-500 cell migration. While KLOW just piles on GHK-Cu + KPV. Which is better for skin/gut/inflammation, but dilutes the dose, while costing more and adds nothing essential for pure tendon work. KLOW 100% has its purpose and place. Just not this purpose or place. In this case, less is more.

This video ( part 3 of 3 videos of my tour of Analiza Bialek) shows Max preparing my T30 sample from Bella / Nanjing Peptide for HPLC analysis. The sample is reconstituted using purified water and filtered through a 0.22 filter and placed in the newer HPLC system. Max generally uses this instrument for peptides because its thermostated autosampler can cool the samples, allowing them to remain inside safely during overnight testing. During the analysis, the HPLC separates the sample into its individual components before they pass through the UV detector. A typical run takes around 15 minutes. Max said GLP compounds are the most common peptides he currently receives, with retatrutide probably the most frequently submitted. The first run of this sample was above the method’s measurement range, so Max needed to dilute or prepare it again and repeat the test. The chromatogram showed one main peak. Although the software displayed names such as tadalafil, Max explained that these were only automatic retention-time matches and did not identify the substance as tadalafil. The relevant information includes the peak area, height and area percentage, which Max then uses for the final calculations.

3 peptides/supplements I take to prevent acne on testosterone 👇🏾 i started test about 6 months ago and somehow acne has been almost a non issue for me genetics obviously matter and i’m not going to pretend supplements can completely prevent androgen related acne, but i’ve also consistently been using a few things that may be helping: GHK Cu for skin remodeling, collagen production, wound healing and its anti inflammatory effects. zinc because it plays a role in skin health, inflammation and sebum regulation. zinc is actually one of the better studied nutrients when it comes to acne, especially if you’re deficient. glutathione for antioxidant support and controlling oxidative stress. the evidence specifically for acne isn’t nearly as strong as zinc, but oxidative stress and inflammation are both involved in acne development. test can increase androgen signaling in the sebaceous glands, which can increase oil production and make acne worse in people who are susceptible. so i can’t tell you these three things are why my skin has stayed clear, but considering i’ve been consistent with all of them since starting test, it’s definitely something i’m paying attention to. 6 months in and so far my skin has handled test way better than i expected.

Two reasons high fat diets on GLP-1s is bad both short and longer-term. 1) Shorter term, fat slows gastric emptying. Add this to already slowed digestion via the peptide, and it’s a recipe for post-meal discomfort (Hershey squirts, constipation and stomach aches) 2) Longer term, high-fat diets, especially heavy in processed, saturated fats, can change bile acids and shift the gut microbiome toward more bad bile-tolerant bacteria associated with dysbiosis and inflammation.

A new review on muscle fat is a good reminder that muscle size and muscle quality are not the same thing. Intermuscular
A new review on muscle fat is a good reminder that muscle size and muscle quality are not the same thing. Intermuscular adipose tissue (IMAT) is fat between muscle groups or under the fascia. These are actual fat cells living in the muscle, not the triglyceride droplets stored inside the muscle cell itself (that's IMTG). IMAT behaves like fat tissues, including secreting inflammatory signals, and tracks closely with insulin resistance even when BMI looks unremarkable. CT and MRI can measure IMAT, but DEXA usually can't. Because the fat is sitting within the muscle compartment, DEXA scans can report a change in "muscle" when what changed was the fat infiltrating the muscle. I think this is relevant to GLP-1 medications. As insulin comes down and body fat falls, IMAT can shrink. If a later DEXA shows less lean mass, part of that drop may be IMAT leaving rather than muscle tissue wasting. We already make a version of this mistake with liver fat, which also gets lumped into lean mass. I'm not saying muscle loss never happens on these drugs. Protein intake and resistance training still matter enormously. But a falling lean-mass number on DEXA is not, by itself, proof that the muscle is disappearing. https://t.co/qQWeOMwClw

taking ISRIB as an acute cognitive enhancer during heavy stress is flawed, its main use case is for chronic ISR activation or healthy models. by forcing translation under heavy acute stress conditions it either gets overpowered by the ISR or produces harmful proteins under healthy conditions its very underrated, especially with intranasal IGF-1 it has a lot of synergy.

I think Tirz is Objectively better than Reta. Both compounds are amazing, but Tirz wins the overall head to head and it’s not really close. Reta = A Tier Tirz = S Tier The reason this is true is because of the third agonist. Glucagon agonism is what makes Reta the superior fat-loss/short term tool, but it also raises RHR and HRV. People just gloss this over and run Reta year round. Big mistake, because chronically elevated RHR and lower HRV implications - •Muscle loss risk climbs during a cut when recovery capacity is suppressed • Can lower mood, motivation, and libido •Increases cardiovascular risk • Worse longevity markers • Worse Sleep Sleep is the most IMPORTANT and overlooked factor Good sleep: muscle repair, GH release, higher HRV, impaired memory, sharper focus, steadier mood. Poor sleep: muscle loss on a cut, high cortisol, lower testosterone, higher RHR, constant cravings, brain fog, weaker lifts. Sleep affects every single biological system of the body.

Reta has saved my wife and I’s lives. We are in our early 40s. Around covid time, we just stopped being active. We started Drinking more and eating out for 80% of our meals. That pattern lasted for 6 years. In Jan 2026 I was 310 and she was 270. My wife discovered reta and told me to look into it for us. The rest is history. We’re both down 70 lbs each. We eat at home most days - simple, Whole Foods - protein heavy. We lift 3x a week and do zone 2 cardio twice a week. I’ve recently started TRT Our lifestyle changed and reta allowed us to break free. We still have a lot of work to do, but it’s easier once ya see real results! P.S. I also got paranoid after the Lilly lawsuits and bulk purchased reta kits for 900mg total. Not gonna catch me slipping 🤣

Alec Pierce Coach says he’s ’not ready to return yet’ and isn’t likely to return in training camp. Colts tried out 3 different WRs today, not named Keenan Allen. At this point it’s unclear if they believe he can return in the first 4 weeks of the season. If he can, then they will avoid PUP. If not, PUP it is. Last week it came out that Pierce required a 2nd PRP injection into his ankle, but that turned out to be false. I haven’t seen anything promising regarding Pierce in a long while, so as of now I’m assuming he’s not going to be contributing early in the season. Plan accordingly. Hopefully some clarity soon.

Still waiting on a few results but so far everything looks good. Places me at 7.7 years biologically younger than my actual age, though that score rewards low inflammation and low glucose both of which a cut (and Reta) produces. So take it with a grain of salt. Mildly anemic despite normal iron. Will get a reticulocyte count next time to figure out whether that’s low production or something else. Thyroid also came back a bit on the suppressed side. Low free T3, normal TSH. I suspect both are from the 13-14 week cut I’ve been running. Waiting on testosterone, IGF-1, E2, and a few other results to come back! Lab results: https://t.co/it1SpNNtNK

Silica is one of the most overlooked minerals for people on GLP-1s or aggressive peptide stacks. It supports collagen cross-linking, elastin, and connective tissue integrity — useful when rapid fat loss stresses skin, hair, nails, and joints. There’s also a lesser-discussed angle: Silicon (as orthosilicic acid) can bind aluminum in the gut, reducing its absorption, and some studies show it increases urinary aluminum excretion. Higher dietary/water silica has been associated with lower dementia risk in epidemiological data, while higher aluminum exposure has been linked the other way. It’s not a proven cognitive enhancer, but the aluminum-antagonism data is interesting — especially for anyone concerned about long-term metal load while optimizing. Cheap, underused support for tissue quality and a potential bonus on aluminum handling.

I’m seeing a lot of talk about anything under 4mg or Retatrutide makes the mechanism not work correctly. Listen, I’m no scientist. But the fat fell off off my lab rat at 2-3MG weekly. The only reason we bumped up to 4mg is because we wanted to see if the effects compounded (they did). It is certainly more effective at a higher dose. But Reta works as intended below 4mg.

imagine reading 10 pages on a completely new subject and it just STICKS dihexa attacks this at the synaptic level. it works by enhancing HGF/c-Met signaling, which drives SYNAPTOGENESIS: literally creating more connections between neurons for information to be encoded across. think about what that actually means. learning isn't just information entering your brain. the information has to physically change the network. neurons need places to connect. dendritic spines provide those sites, and functional synapses allow signals to actually pass between them. you're not just temporarily making neurons fire harder. you're enhancing the architecture they're firing THROUGH. but creating the connections is only half the equation. because a new connection isn't automatically a strong connection. the pathways representing what you just learned have to become more responsive when they're repeatedly activated. that's where synaptic plasticity comes in. HGF/c-Met signaling is involved here too. HGF enhances LTP: long-term potentiation is basically what happens when repeated activity leaves a synapse stronger than it was before. activate the same pathway repeatedly and communication across it becomes more effective. that's one of the fundamental cellular mechanisms underlying learning and long-term memory. so you have two sides of learning: MORE connections. more physical routes across which information can be represented and encoded STRONGER connections. those routes become more persistent and easier to reactivate. so why are you learning something without using dihexa? not medical advice.

Thirteen “Manufacturers.” Three Tests. Thirty-Nine COAs. The certificates verify. Their independence does not. There are actually 13 vendor names across these COAs, not 12. However, 12 of their websites expose the same administrator. ResearchVerify identified three consecutive blocks of Janoshik reports: Tirzepatide: tasks 216116–216128 Every report: 99.453% purity and 21.95 mg Retatrutide: tasks 216129–216141 Every report: 99.535% purity and 22.59 mg MOTS-c: tasks 216142–216154 Every report: 98.872% purity and 11.32 mg All 39 reports use batch “2026” and were analysed on 5 August 2026. Each vendor has its own Janoshik task number and verification key, so these don't appear to be crudely edited PDFs. They're genuine entries in Janoshik’s verification system. But they're not 39 independent analytical results. For each compound, 13 supposedly separate vendors received the exact same purity and content measurements. ResearchVerify classifies them as fingerprint duplicates: the same laboratory, compound, purity, content and test date appearing under multiple vendor names. In other words, the same analytical result appears to have been issued under 13 different brands. The websites make the relationship even clearer. Twelve of the 13 expose the same WordPress account: ethan718525@gmail.com The account has the same public user slug and Gravatar fingerprint across Apeptix, Ascend, Nexpep, NovaPeptide, Peponte, Peptnex, Pepvita, Pepvor, Prime Biologics, Verpep, Zenova and Zypep. Glorypeptide is the only exception, although it still appears inside all three consecutive COA blocks. The timing is particularly revealing. The reports say the jobs were ordered on 30 July and the samples received on 31 July. Zypep, Pepvor, Verpep and Peponte didn't even have registered domains until 2 August. Those four domains were created one after another within 69 minutes, with their first website pages appearing minutes later under the shared administrator. There are also visible remnants of copying between the brands. Zypep’s website still carries a copyright notice belonging to Pepvita. What this shows is that these are not 13 independent manufacturers presenting 13 independent tests. The most credible explanation is a centrally coordinated white-label network using one shared website operation and the same testing package across multiple newly created brands.

Diet dialed in for 6 straight months. 90% clean, real food, zero fried shit. Consistency on lock. Then I go out of town for work. Eat like absolute garbage for 3 days. Zero activity. Eli Lilly is suing six US businesses over retatrutide, but Bella on WhatsApp isn't among them. In fact, pushing American resellers out may send their customers directly to China. Even vials described as made in America begin with Chinese API. The real test is whether Lilly and regulators can disrupt the payments, warehouses and shipping routes connecting China to the buyer, not whether they can chase every replaceable sales identity through WhatsApp. Bella still isn’t worried.
