Women's-health topics in peptide discussion and research, by compound
For four women's-health topics (menopause and perimenopause; PCOS and fertility; pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding; menstrual cycle and sex-hormone timing) and each peptide compound: the number of public Reddit and X posts that mention the topic, the share of those posts classified as side-effect discussion, mean sentiment, and the number of linked PubMed papers whose title mentions the topic. Aggregate counts only — no post text, author identifiers or permalinks. Groups with fewer than five posts are suppressed.
How to read this
Topics are assigned by keyword, so a post is counted if it mentions the topic, not if the poster is verified to be a woman or to be using the compound for that purpose. The Reddit half of the corpus was drawn from a narrower set of subreddits before 23 Oct 2026, and women's-health subreddits are thinly covered, so these counts are small and tilted toward GLP-1 communities. Treat them as a signal of what is discussed, never as incidence. Paper counts use title keywords only and are not a literature search.
Aggregate counts only. No post text, author identifiers or permalinks are published here or in the CSV. Any group with fewer than 5 underlying posts is suppressed rather than reported, which is both a privacy control and a statistical one — a share derived from four posts is noise.
