Published research versus first-hand reports, by compound
For each peptide compound tracked by MyPeptideStory: the number of linked PubMed papers split by our evidence tier, the number of registered clinical trials by status, and the number of first-hand Reddit and X posters who gave a verdict, with how many said it worked, was mixed or did not work. Aggregate counts only — no abstracts, post text, author identifiers or permalinks. Compounds with fewer than five papers and fewer than five first-hand posts are suppressed.
How to read this
Paper counts are papers our PubMed pull linked to a compound, not a systematic literature search, and the evidence tier is our own assignment from publication type. Trial counts come from the registry as ingested. First-hand verdicts are self-reported and unverified (see the first-hand outcomes dataset). The two sides are different kinds of evidence: a compound with many 'worked' reports and no tier 1-2 papers is an evidence gap, not an efficacy result.
Aggregate counts only. No post text, author identifiers or permalinks are published here or in the CSV. Any group with fewer than 5 underlying posts is suppressed rather than reported, which is both a privacy control and a statistical one — a share derived from four posts is noise.
